My Tesla’s 12V battery is dead and I can’t get it into Transport Mode. What now?
Call us. We can boost the 12V on scene, then activate Transport Mode and load it cleanly. Common situation, no problem.
Can you tow my EV with a wheel-lift if it’s only a short distance?
No - and you shouldn’t let anyone do that. Even short distances on the drive wheels can damage the motor. Flatbed only.
Do you charge extra for EVs?
